…in order for it to work you have to engage with people. To engage with people means you have to say something or pass something along. To say something opens you up for so much more. When a team is involved, communication is how all of the tasks come together successfully.
Sitting on something you have that has a deadline is the opposite of communicating. Just hit send even if you haven’t started thinking about it yet. Trust your team and others to help keep things moving….even if the decision for everyone is that we need to wait.
Communication is one of the hardest, riskiest but most essential actions a person can take. Do it and run. Damn the risks.
