CRE Brokerage is *shockingly* no longer about Brokerage.

The best brokers are figuring out that they are least successful when they focus on the basics.  Because every broker is expected to know and do the basics.  Market research, rate directions, financial analysis…this should be in everyone’s bag of tricks to begin with.

No, successful broker’s actually make more money by doing what they do best.  They make relationships.  They introduce their clients to people that can save them money or help them save a ton of it.  Broker’s are the rulers of relationships.  Yet once they have won the business they focus back in on themselves.  Why change the formula away from what won you the business at the start?
